Term
of Payment :
- Space / booth reservation will be allocated
on "first come first served" basis.
- Participant should be submit Registration
Contract by write clearly and authorized signature and stamp
- 50% advance payment of total amount should
be paid within one week of the date of the signature of the
registration contract
- 50% balance payment of total amount should
be paid on
26 February 2004.
- The Organizer has the right to change the
space / booth allocation through without prior notice, due
to the successful of the exhibition
Cancellation
1. |
Down payment that has paid by participant could not
payback. |
2. |
Cancellation on period of 6 January up to
26
February 2004 will be charged 50 % out total cost. |
3. |
Cancellation more than
26 February 2004 will be charged 100% of total cost/full
payment settlement. |
