and Producers of Indonesian Handicraft (ASEPHI) in corporation
with PT. MEDIATAMA BINAKREASI will organize The Jakarta
International Handicraft Trade Fair - INACRAFT 2005. The
exhibition is supported by National Agency for Export Development
(NAVED) – Ministry of Industry and Trade of The Republic
of Indonesia, Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium
Enterprises of The Republic of Indonesia, Ministry of Culture
and Tourism of The Republic of Indonesia, ASEAN Handicraft
Promotion and Development Association (AHPADA) and others
government institution in concern.
ASEPHI
and PT. MEDIATAMA BINAKREASI has announced plans to change
the format of handicraft market held in Jakarta, in order
to better reflect new trends in the marketplace. Featured
product will focus on zoning by product category
such us gifts item; housewares, home & garden decorative;
fashion garment & embroidery; batik; accessories; jewelry;
toys & game; miscellaneous craft.
The
exhibition occupies area 22,000 sqm will feature approximately
1,500 exhibitors from domestics and overseas and will attract
more than 150,000 attendees. INACRAFT will run Wednesday
April 27, 2005 through Sunday, May 1, 2005 at Balai Sidang
Jakarta Convention Center, Jakarta.
As
you know Indonesia’s population is more 220 million and
10% from them is centered in Jakarta and the nearest city
area of Jakarta. It is big potential market and golden chance
